The Tibetan Book Of Happiness

The Tibetan Book of Happiness shows how Tibetan Buddhism’s teachings on mind and mental factors may be easily understood and practically applied in a present-day context for the happiness of all people, Buddhist or not.

SNEAK PEAK

Happiness is subjective. It can’t be expressed in words, it must be felt inside and enjoyed like nothing else.

The science of mind of Buddhism is a unique platform from which to explore our inner world. In these pages, in plain English, mind-science is brought to life: Mind the Mastermind; Karma— Judicial System of the Inner World; Clarity— the Deepest Secret of Mind; Negative Potential and Fundamental Positivity.

Putting that science to the test is the practice of meditation, the paths of the inner world of mind. What is meditation? How does it work? Is it really possible to experience happiness that is not materially creatable? In these pages are step by step instructions for meditations ranging from the foundations to the most vast and profound inner paths of inner development.
